An After School Program that creates a meaningful experience

Oakville Parent-Child Centre's After School program at Oakwood Public School provides children the opportunities to engage in activities and learn through play. A safe and relaxing environment that provides care all while the children develop their social skills, explore their creativity, play games, get moving outdoors and have a nutritious snack.

Kindergarten

Age: 3.8-5 years

Time: 2:35 - 6:00pm

Location: Oakwood PS - Kindergarten Room

Monthly Fee:
2 days: Tues/Thurs,  $94.50/month


3 days: Mon/Wed/Fri, $133.48/month


5 days: Mon to Fri, $227.98/month

School Age

Age: 6-10 years

Time: 2:35 - 6:00pm

Location: Oakwood PS - Library

Monthly Fee:
2 days: Tues/Thurs, $200/month


3 days: Mon/Wed/Fri, $282.50/month


5 days: Mon to Fri, $482.50/month

Registration Process


1) Complete the Online Registration Form for the program

  • Deposit of one month’s fee which covers your June 2025 payment (the deposit will be paid online at the time of registration. Payments will be processed on the first of each month by credit card and will be set up at the time of registration.)
  • A $23.63 non-refundable Registration Fee applies for the Kindergarten children and $50.00 Registration Fee for School Age children for each school year and will be charged at the time that a space is confirmed


2) Review entire General Information Booklet and sign off on having reviewed it on the registration forms.

Notes:

This is a Random Registration and forms submitted by Wednesday May 15, 2024 will all have an equal opportunity to get a space in the program. After this date, the registration will be on a first come first served basis.

Fees reduced for Kindergarten children as OPCC is participating in CWELCC.

This registration is only for the program days that start the week of September 4, 2024 and end the week of June 23, 2025.
PA days, Winter Break and March Break will be a separate registration, if the program is determined to be viable, with enough families interested.

Withdrawal: A $25 administration fee is charged for withdrawal from the After School program. If you withdraw your child(ren), 30 days written notice is required. Please refer to the WITHDRAWALS section of the General Information Booklet for more details.
